Utility Bills:
- We accept debit and credit card payments for Utility Bills!
You can pay online, by phone, or directly at City Hall using Allpaid (formerly GovPayNet). - CLICK THE ALL PAID ICON TO THE RIGHT.
*A service fee is calculated for using their service. Please see their rates below.
- ACH Forms are also available for monthly bank withdrawals. (This form can also be found under our Permits, Licenses & Forms page in the For Residents Tab)
- Checks and cash payments can be delivered to City Hall in person, by mail, or deposited into the after-hours dropbox east of our front door.
